Just over 120+ pieces, this 3D Puzzle goes from a flat-pack wood kit to a functional piece of art. The pieces are designed to lock together, but adding some glue in key spots, will stabilize the lamp for daily use. Of course, you can take it all apart and let someone else try. There is a full color pdf build manual free to download from the website if you want to get a feel for how complex the puzzle is.

The material is raw, Birch wood. It comes in 3mm thickness which is ideal for the detail shown. The nature of laser cut designs leaves a darkened edge, but it adds texture to the design. Feel free to finish the wood yourself in a stain or paint that suits your taste. The puzzle does include light kit, with cord already assembled. The boxed set is complete with an Edison bulb. The lamp stands about 16" tall, and is about 10" in diameter. There are small pieces involved, so use caution with young ones.
