Franklin, Tennessee has a wonderful assortment of architectural styles represented in its downtown buildings. The variety in design, shape and color is very evident in the tops of seven structures selected for this 1996 limited edition print.
The buildings represented include (from left to right): Franklin Presbyterian Church (established 1811, present structure completed 1911), Franklin Interurban Ticket Office (completed in 1895), First Union Bank building, First United Methodist Church (opened in 1871, new spire added 1995), Christ Community Church (built on site of First Baptist Church completed in 1849), F.W. Truett, Jr. Building (1901) and Franklin Chamberland Presbyterian Church (constructed in 1876).
