Chateau Graeme, better known as the Kelly House was built in 1900. It was purchased by Rutledge Smith, who was the Assistant President of the Tennessee Central Railway, in the early 1920's. The property passed to Mr. Smith's daughter, Eudora Smith Williams and eventually to her daughter, Mrs. Marion Williams (George) Kelly in 1974. The 4,954 square foot home is wood frame construction and sits on 7.4 acres of wooded property at 2200 Lebanon Road.
